Purchase Policy and Contract
If you decide before the puppies are born that you want one, please contact us to reserve your spot on the list. First come, first served. Please copy and fill out our questionaire so we can better match you to the perfect puppy. Once the puppies arrive, you may come to view them and pick in order according to the list. We reserve the right to delay picking until the puppies are 3-4 weeks old. If you find the one you want, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your puppy. No puppy will be held without a deposit received. We accept cash and Paypal as forms of payment. Any and all Paypal fees will be paid by the buyer and are in addition to final puppy sale price. If you choose Paypal as your form of payment, you will receive an invoice via e-mail for the deposit amount. All puppies tails are docked and the dew claws are removed within a couple days of birth, as this is standard to the breed. Once you reserve your puppy, we encourage you to visit your puppy as often as you like. This helps your puppy get to know you and will ease the transition to your home when they are weaned. Our puppies are weaned and ready to go at 8 weeks old with a signed health certificate, micro-chipped, and first set of vaccinations. No puppy will be released without these requirements filled. You will be notified when the puppy is ready to go to his/her new home, and you will have 5 days to pick up the puppy. Any delays in pick up need to be prearranged and agreed upon by the breeder before the purchase of the puppy. After the 5 day pickup waiting period, there will be a $15 per day boarding fee up to 2 weeks. We highly recommend you check your schedule for any foreseen pickup issues. If the puppy cannot be picked up within that time frame, buyer will forfeit the deposit. We guarantee all puppies to be free of any hereditary defect, hip displasia, and genetic eye problems for 2 years. Any hereditary defects must be documented by a licensed and practicing veterinarian. The compensation for such a problem will be a replacement puppy, no refunds. After you get your puppy home, you must contact the breeder before the puppy can change ownership or go to an animal shelter. These puppies become members of our family and we don't want to see them end up in a bad situation. We reserve the right to deny any application of adoption if we feel certain requirements are not met. Breeding rights will be considered on a case by case basis only. We will only sell a puppy to the person who will be the owner. We do not sell puppies as a surprise or gift for someone else. Micro-chipping is included and activation is expected. The link to activate the chip is on the Available Puppies page. Registration is a one-time fee of $20.
